Job Requirements
What you will do and achieve:

Spearhead the development and expansion of our semantic search stack, including search ranking models, query parsing/understanding, natural language question answering, and more.

Lead the design, experimentation, and continuous improvement of ML/NLP solutions to address gaps in the search stack.

Develop clean and resilient code that prioritizes readability, maintainability, and testability.

Demonstrate an interest in learning about the construction industry.

Build applications on top of LLMs in a production environment.
Who you are:

BA/BS in computer science or related degree. Bonus points for a graduate degree.

5+ years of experience

Exhibit strong analytical skills and a proficiency in working with data.

Offer extensive expertise in fields such as recommendation systems, knowledge graphs, large-scale production search/ranking systems, or other related domains.

Have strong coding skills (for example in Go/Python/Java/C++ etc)

Salary range: $150,000 - $250,000 / year + equity
