About the Job

Your mission:

Design, build, and manage our cloud infrastructure to support the evolving needs of business.
Empower engineers with the tools and infrastructure needed for fast, efficient, and high-quality software development.

Your one year outcomes:

Migrate Cloud Run Services and Jobs to GKE.
Setup a best-in-class observability framework for both infrastructure and application components.
Scale infrastructure to support 3-10x growth over next two years.

Role-specific:

4+ years of experience as an infrastructure engineer
Hands-on experience with GCP (preferred) or other cloud infrastructure platforms.
Expert in container orchestration and runtimes such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Expert in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
Experience building and managing deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools.
Experience with observability tools and frameworks like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Datadog.
Experience with Python in production.
U.S. citizen and U.S. resident

You don’t need to know any or all of these, but be willing to learn!

The starting salary for this position is between $146,000 – $210,000. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in CoinTracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.
