About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive our AI-enabled workflow program. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and data analytics to grow and increase the efficiency of our underpayment business. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, such as building an AI-system that prioritizes the best next claims based on expected recovery dollars, identifying root causes and discovering new patterns of opportunity, and supporting generative AI projects. You will be assisting in roadmap development, planning projects, day to day management of the Data Science Product and Engineering teams, and communication with key Revecore leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a roadmap for data science deliverables with KPI and success metrics.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with data-consuming stakeholders to maintain and plan data pipelines.
  • Manage Data Science team including creating functional requirements, maintaining backlog, managing sprints and backlog, and ensuring on time delivery
  • Perform data analyses including, but not limited to, identifying a problem’s business impact and answering questions from users
  • Contribute to data design by documenting use cases and business data needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Communicate progress with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • A BS degree in engineering, science, or similar fields
  • 7+ years of experience in product management including managing roadmaps, delivering end-to-end projects, defining requirements, and working with cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years of data science experience
  • Strong analytics including writing SQL queries, performing analysis, and creating dashboards.
  • Own initiatives and drive updates directly, not group management
  • Independent research and documentation of business problems
  • Problem solving to bring forward best solutions and documentation
  • Use data to frame problem and solution, decisions/outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Creative and innovative thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to understand problems and ideate creative solutions leveraging Machine Learning and Generative AI.
  • Revenue cycle experience.
  • Familiarity with healthcare pricing models and strategies.
